Terms of Service

AutoMates provides a dealer stock board synced from your Google Sheet, buyer-lead management and matching, cross-dealer stock sharing ("Trade Pool"), co-broke requests, WhatsApp match alerts and related tools. We improve the service continuously; features may change without notice, but never in a way that takes your data away from you.

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per dealership; team seats per your plan.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse the Trade Pool, or harm other users - suspended dealers can always export their data.

• New accounts get a free trial (currently 7 days). No card is needed for the trial.
• Paid plans: RM119/month or RM1,188/year, billed via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
• Cancel any time via Settings → Manage billing - access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.

• Stock, consignor and client data you upload belongs to you. We process it only to run the service - see the Privacy Notice.
• Your Google Sheet remains the master copy on your own Google account.
• Only stock you explicitly tick is shared to the Trade Pool, and never with consignor contacts, plate numbers or VINs attached.
• You can export all your data (CSV) at any time, including after cancelling.

Do not: misrepresent stock you do not control; scrape or mass-export other dealers' pool listings; spam co-broke requests; attempt to access another dealership's data; or use the service for unlawful purposes. Repeated false listing reports or fake stock may lead to suspension.

• We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" - we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and third-party channels (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Stripe) can fail outside our control.
• We are not a party to any vehicle transaction between you, other dealers, consignors or buyers, and accept no liability for those dealings.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach. On closure, export tools remain available for 30 days, after which data is deleted per the Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If any clause is unenforceable the rest still applies. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email; continued use after notice means acceptance. Contact: hello@automates.com.my.
