Sign up at app.automates.com.my/dealer/signup with your dealership name. You get a free trial - no card needed. Confirm the email we send you, then log in.

Open the AutoMates Stock Template → and Google will offer Make a copy into your own Google Drive. The copy is fully yours - we never get edit access.

The tab is named Stock List - keep that name. Columns come with dropdowns and hover help; hover any header to see what goes in it.

⚠️ Rows 2-4 are example cars, there to show the format. Delete them once you have added your own stock, or they will show up as real units on your board.

• One row per car. Make, Model, Year, Mileage, Sell price are the ones matching cares most about.
• Plate numbers, consignor names and contacts are never shown to other dealers - they exist for your own records (and can be encrypted with the Data Vault).
• Sold a car? Set Stock Status to Sold - it drops off matching and the pool automatically on next sync.

• In Google Sheets: Share → Anyone with the link → Viewer. View-only is enough - AutoMates never edits your sheet.
• In AutoMates: Settings → Stock source → paste the sheet link → Sync now.
• Your cars appear on the Stock board. Edits in your sheet flow in automatically every hour - or hit Sync for an instant refresh.

When a buyer enquires, open Match, describe what they want (make/model, budget, year, mileage - any of it) and hit Find matches. Save the lead and AutoMates keeps watching: every morning it re-matches all open leads against your latest stock and WhatsApps you the new hits.

Add your WhatsApp number in Settings → Profile to receive the daily alerts.

Tick any car on your Stock board to share its marketing card to the Pool. Other dealers see the car and your dealership name - never the consignor, plate or your nett. When another dealer wants it, they send a co-broke request; deal terms are between the two of you.

Settings → Data Vault encrypts consignor names, contacts, plates and VINs on your own device before they reach our servers - even we cannot read them. Keep the recovery code safe; losing both password and code makes vault data unrecoverable by design.
